Peaches N’ Creamy
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup peaches, frozen
- 1/2 banana
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla coconut or almond milk
- 2-3 ice cubes
- Add all ingredients to your NutriBullet Tall Cup and extract for 30 seconds, or until smooth.
Optional: For that extra kick of bone-building vitamin K, add a handful of spinach or other leafy greens.

It’s a well-known fact that when aloe vera is used topically, it can help speed up skin’s healing process. Now, we’re learning more and more about the internal medicinal benefits of aloe. It has been used as an herbal medicine for hundreds of years and can help reduce inflammation, aid digestion, improve oral health and provide antioxidant properties.
Since I have Ulcerative Colitis and have had some digestive issues, especially during and after my cancer treatment, I’m always researching the best ways to manage symptoms. The first and best step was finding my way to the NutriBullet to help with the digestion and absorption of my fruits and vegetables. This actually solved many of my issues and, in fact, after only months using the NutriBullet, my UC went into remission – something I was told was most likely not possible.
Now that the team at NutriBullet has helped me reduce my body’s inflammation and detox, I am using my NutriBullet to address a number of normal, daily health concerns. I decided to start drinking aloe vera juice by adding a few ounces to a cup of warm water in the mornings. Since it does have a mild, distinctive taste, I didn’t even consider the possibilities of adding it to my NutriBlasts until recently and have come up with some tasty recipes. Please note that like many ingredients used holistically, there can be risks if consumed every day and too often. If you are on medication for certain conditions, it is always best to be safe and check with your doctor before adding an herbal remedy into your diet. I usually add aloe vera to my drinks about 3 times a week.
Here is one of my favorite NutriBlasts which incorporates aloe vera juice!
Stomach Soothing Aloe Blast
- 3 ounces of aloe vera juice (or up to 1/3 cup)
- 5 organic frozen strawberries
- 2 Tbsp of unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup of cold coconut water, no sugar added
- 1 small handful of raw almonds
- 1 tsp chia or flax seed
- Extract for 20 seconds, or until smooth.
Knowing how much I really enjoy my morning NutriBlast, my wonderful husband went out and got me the new NutriBullet Rx for the holidays. I LOVE it! Oh my god – this little machine is so powerful and can do so much more than the regular NutriBullet. The consistencies of my Blasts are much smoother and creamier than my regular ones. Plus, best of all, it makes soup – not just any soup, Souper Blasts!
Since it’s still winter time, I’m especially enjoying homemade soup. But who has the time to whip up a pot of soup after a long day at work? Now that I have the new NutriBullet Rx, it’s ready in just 7 minutes. You just throw the ingredients into the Pitcher, press the button and, in seven minutes, you have rich, creamy, hot soup.
Here’s a recipe that was inspired by the new NutriBullet Rx book. It’s a combination of their tomato and white bean soup recipes with my own flare. Enjoy!
Tomato White Bean Soup
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 15-ounce can of white beans (Cannellini or white Northern)
- 3 ripe tomatoes
- 1 – 2 fresh sage leaves
- ¼ cup fresh basil
- ¼ cup raw cashews
- 2 cups of vegetable stock
- ½ cup whipping cream
- In a medium frying pan, heat olive oil. Add onions and sauté for approximately 5 minutes, until soft and translucent. Add garlic and sauté for an additional 30 seconds. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Add onion garlic mixture to the SouperBlast Pitcher, along with the other ingredients except for the whipping cream. Extract on the 7-Minute Heated Cycle.
- Mix in whipping cream, pour into bowls and serve.
This is a wonderful creamy soup that is not only healthy but also easy to make courtesy of my new NutriBullet Rx. Serve with a salad and some crunchy French bread and you have a delicious nutritious meal. This is truly comfort food made easy. This recipe serves 4 -5 people.

- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- ½ cup frozen raspberries
- 2 tablespoons of almond butter
- vanilla almond milk to max line
- Add all ingredients to the tall NutriBullet cup and extract until smooth.
This drink has become a staple in my house. You can’t go wrong with berries and almond butter! Garnish with a sprig of mint, sliced strawberries and enjoy. What a perfect way to begin Valentine’s Day, a serving of fruit, calcium and antioxidants. Now that’s real love!
