When people see me drinking my NutriBlast, no doubt, I get a few questions. Luckily, I don’t mind at all; I consider it an honor to share something I’m so excited about. Usually, the questions just make me laugh, but most of the time, I try to be as helpful as I can be. I was recently asked if I drink Blasts all day long. I responded that I usually eat a light lunch and dinner, but I sometimes have a second NutriBlast.

NutriBlasting is delicious, but, yes, I still eat regular meals!

I am excited that people are becoming more curious about the concept of consuming fresh fruits and vegetables in delicious NutriBlast form.

When I first started this journey, I would get strange looks from people as I drank my Blasts, especially if they were green or brown. Other colors were fine, but there’s something about those muddy colors that just makes them stare! Some called it sludge, green goo, or sand. I smile and nod and just keep on drinking it!

For me, it is the perfect definition of “fast food.” I am proving to many folks that Blasting is not some fad or gimmick, but a new way of life for me. It is one of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time.

Luckily, the days of stares and comments are no more. The days now are of growing curiosity, which is fantastic. I still get a few jokes from time to time, but I definitely don’t mind, after all, the more people I can get on board, the better!

Healthy Green Smoothie

Fuel on the Run

About seven months ago, I was given an incredible opportunity to work with a new boss. I agreed to take on this assignment and it has been a whirlwind ever since.

My days are filled with meetings, numerous email and voicemail messages, and a lot of paperwork. Every day, I try to squeeze ten hours of work into an eight hour day. With my new hectic schedule, I am thankful that I don’t have to worry about the breakfast drama that I used to have. For years, I used to skip eating breakfast, but now it’s the most important meal of the day.

Every morning, I start my day with a NutriBlast. One of the best perks of drinking my NutriBlast is the ability to get in a nutritious breakfast on the go – important, because I could be pulled into a meeting with the bosses or walking from one end of the building to the other. I can do all of those things while drinking my tasty NutriBlast.

I also find that I am much more productive when I have my Blast before I head out on the weekends to run my errands. I can sip it and not be tempted with all the fast food options that are readily available. The aroma of fried chicken or French fries used to be very hard for me to resist, but not anymore.

NutriBlasting fits in so easy with my crazy schedule and for that, I am very thankful!

When I started this NutriBlasting lifestyle, I wondered if I would treat the process like a fad. I loved the concept of Blasting and the process made perfect sense to me, but I know I’m the type of person to drop something in a New York minute.
Luckily, I have been consistent with Blasting since the fall of 2012 and it hasn’t gotten old yet. In fact, I’m constantly learning new things. I enjoy expanding my knowledge about fresh produce, herbs, teas, nut milks and power foods. My mouth is watering just thinking about it!
Not all of my experiences have been positive and it hasn’t always been fun, but it sure has been an adventure. There is nothing worse than the smell of rotten produce; I learned that lesson the hard way! Before I started Blasting, I used to buy a bunch of produce and it would always go bad. Then, I learned a tip about washing my produce in a vinegar bath. It helped my produce, especially my berries, last much longer. Quite the money saver!
I am also learning about my new relationship with food. It must have something to do with my constantly changing taste buds. There is food that I really enjoy, there is food that I eat only as an occasional treat, and there is food that I don’t care at all about eating anymore. Cold cereal? I’d much rather use my almond milk in a delicious NutriBlast than over a bowl of flaky, processed carbs. I tossed all of the cereal boxes in the trash and never looked back.
I am also learning more about cooking with fresh, local ingredients to create light, healthy and tasty meals. I know there is a way to eat great while eating food filled with flavor.
I’m on the adventure of a lifetime and I’m loving every minute of it!

I have M.S. and had to take prednisone for many years. I eventually weighed 270 lbs. and was miserable. I started eating raw and using the NutriBullet to eat greens. Three years later I am 140lbs lighter and have a huge green smoothie everyday. I look forward to one. I have had zero M.S. relapses and can run 3 miles three times a week. Thank-you so very much.

Better blood pressure and sugar levels.

I decided to purchase a juicer, but none of the juicers on the market appeared to be the right fit for my lifestyle and health goals. They were either too large, too time consuming to clean or too expensive. I wanted something that was simple to use and easy to clean so that I would make it a part of my daily routine and not have it end up in my cupboard after a week.
I came upon an opportunity to try the NutriBullet program. I was intrigued by the fact that the NutriBullet actually extracts the nutrients from the fruits and vegetables, making them easier to digest so the nutrients would be better absorbed in the body.
Within two days of using my NutriBullet, changes were apparent. I had an infusion of energy and felt better than I had in years. I am excited to share all of the wonderful things the NutriBullet and the program have to offer. I’ve also lost some weight and have so much energy now. Everyone has noticed my complete transformation!! I’m so thankful for your product and for giving me a new chance at life !! THANK YOU!!

I use my NutriBullet everyday (except when traveling, I would die if it broke). I couldn’t really afford even this one, but my doctor wanted to put me on cholesterol meds after declaring I could have a stroke any minute. I did not want to add more pills to the long list of others I was already taking.

I was also suffering with a 7 year migraine and I was very pleased to find that after two weeks my migraines were not as long as they had been. After a month, they were not coming everyday so I called my neurologist to let him know we would NOT be doing the bio feed back or botox shots that I was scheduled for the next week. YAY… The following week I went for my usual appt to get yet more pain meds check my level of cholesterol and to see if I gave myself an ulcer (over the counter pain pills) and all the while still juicing with my Bullet once or twice a day and about to move up to soups and quit smoking against doctors orders (the migraines). I told him my plans and he said he did not agree but go ahead and he would be there with more meds if needed and we’ll make a new plan if needed and in the end either way I would be more healthy!! I said that’s the plan……. He took my blood and gave me viodin and sent me home. I used my NutriBullet everyday, sometimes twice a day, by week two I stopped smoking and Yes they headaches came…

A week later my head killing me and right as I was walking out the door (yes, to buy a pack of Newports) my doctor calls me “your blood work came back GREAT, whatever you’re doing don’t stop” me “ok” almost in tears. He asked what was wrong and when I told him he said it’s been only a week and to go to the drug store for some meds and go to bed!!

It’s been 2 years and 1 month since my last cigarette, 1 year since I’ve had a continuous migraine and I lost 23 lbs. Oh, did I mention I had back surgery and only missed 4 days of work? Yes, even the surgeon and primary doctor could not believe it. I was only on pain meds for 1 day.

If anyone would have told me that there would be a day or a week that I won’t have a migraine everyday and after having one for 7 years! I would have told them they were crazy!!

I love my NutriBullet, I literally could not live without it!!

My original bullet is wearing down and I do need a new one but I’m saving money and I’ll be able to get this new version soon. I’m a customer for life!! Thank you for making this product!

It’s powerful, small and strong just like me!

Thank you again!

Winners will be receiving an email with further instructions.

Keep up the healthy work and check back in regularly for more contests and giveaways.

Change is Good!

My transition to healthier eating was a gradual one, so it took a while to realize that there were foods that I wasn’t crazy about eating anymore. In fact, I kept purchasing those foods until, one day, I found myself repeatedly tossing out food that wasn’t eaten. My snacks, desserts and other food items did not have the same appeal that they used to have and for months, I had been buying things out of habit.

However, since my diet has changed, I found that I have stopped eating food the way that I used to. Sometimes I like bread and sometimes I don’t. For example, I still like to eat bagels, but loaf bread has lost its appeal. I recently purchased two loaves of fancy wheat bread because it was on sale, but I didn’t eat any of it! Luncheon meat became a waste of money in my house. I quickly discovered that I would buy it only to keep it and then toss it out. I figured out that I just don’t like the taste of processed luncheon meat anymore. Once I came to grips with that, I stopped buying it.

Cheese in moderation is good, but packs of cheese, not so much. I still like to eat cheese, but it’s more 0f a treat instead of an everyday item. I enjoy it on the weekends in my omelets, but I don’t need to purchase it all the time or it will go green in my fridge. Who was this person that I was turning into? Who doesn’t like cheese?

After the last pack I tossed in the trash, I decided to put those packs of cheese on the DO NOT BUY list, as well. Candy and other snack foods were also added to the list.

It was like I had a major “Aha” moment. I decided that if I’m not eating it anymore, I needed to stop buying it. I’m already changing over my fridge and freezer with fresh and frozen produce so it only makes sense to let go of some of those foods from my past and stop buying them out of habit. I have plenty of great food to prepare tasty, fulfilling meals and snacks and I feel comfortable letting that other stuff go.

Change is good.
