Energy Boosting Blast


I’m amazed at the amount of energy I have lately. Since I’m finally getting back into exercising regularly, being able to put in a good work out has been a dream come true.

Not long ago, I was so out of shape that my workout sessions didn’t last long. I rarely made it to fifteen minutes. It was boring, and instead of enjoying the experience, I felt extremely uncomfortable. I didn’t get much out of going to the gym and soon discovered that it was a waste of my money. How did people get through this? Even yoga was too weird for me.

I remember once a guy stepped on the treadmill beside me. About fifteen minutes into his workout, he was covered in sweat, while I was more than ready to step off the machine and go home to eat dinner. I remember thinking to myself, “One day, I’ll work up a sweat like that.” I didn’t know it then, but what I really should have wished for was the energy to work out consistently without throwing in the towel.

Fast forward to today – I drink my NutriBlast every morning and I’m ready to go. I have a fun, high-paced job and in the morning, I hit the ground running like I have premium fuel in my body…because I do!

Now, I see working out with a different perspective. I exercise for about an hour, five to six days a week. Years ago, working out for two hours would have been too radical, but now, it’s something I love to do. I love putting all my energy into exercising so I can work up a great sweat. To me, that’s a great accomplishment. My parents would be so proud!

A friend of mine told me the other day that I had tons of energy. I couldn’t help but laugh and feel very grateful!

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup mixed berries, frozen
  • 1 clementine
  • 1 Tbsp SuperFood Energy Boost
  • Coconut water to the MAX line
