4. Joann
I purchased my nutribullet for health reasons as my recent cholestrol and HDL numbers were not good and decided to make those numbers improve. In doing this I have lost weight, have tons more energy and have not done nothing but have two blasts a day, one for breakfast and lunch . I vary my blast ingredients everyday to include the following: kale, spinach, collard greens, goji berries, cacao nibs, flax seeds, hemp seeds, raw unsalted pumpkin and sunfower seeds, chlorella powder, almonds, banana’s, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, peaches, mango, pineapple, apples, lemons, oranges, cinnamon, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, coconut water and plain water. As you can see I have invested in my health and it started with my nutribullet that I know now I couldn’t be without.
This is the blast that I had for breakfast this morning:
Kale
fresh pineapple(using the core which is high in bromelain)
blueberries
goji berries
flax seeds
chia seeds
pumkin seeds
unsweetened vanilla almond milk
cinnamon
When I use lemon in the morning it really makes me feel good but anything that I use always tastes great. I eat more vegetables for dinner along with seeds or beans for good health. I am so afraid that if something happened to my nutribullet that I would have to run out and get another ASAP! So I am watching for a good deal on that.
All I can say is no one could honestly say that this doesn’t make you feel good! I have prove!

I am looking at the comments here & eager to see how I improve with my bullet? I went to the doctor today & my blood pressure has skyrocketed & I’m way too heavy. My pressure has always been low, I’m 63 & have kids ages 12,15, & a grown one that’s 38. I’ve felt poorly for awhile but keep on keeping on because I’m the only one here for these kids. So I’m hoping to do this nutribullet & feel better in a bit. My schedule is very busy but I’m finding it harder & harder to do all need to do. I made a concoction of veggies & a kiwi & drank it down. It was not very good but I knew it was good for me so that is the main thing I’m looking for. I think I will not do a lot of fruit since my blood sugar could be better. I sure hope I begin to feel better & am taking it a day at a time & maybe one of these days I’ll realize I’m feeling a little better? Right now I feel like death on hold, It’s really horrible.
winner #2 Tracy has my bullet recipe under her name??
Whoops, so sorry Ellen! We copy/pasted the wrong recipe under her name, I think because yours was right beneath hers. Sorry for the confusion! We’ve corrected the error – and thanks for catching that.
Thanks Nutri Team!
