How Jack Lowered his Bad Cholesterol

14

I work in a small office, and 5 months ago, 2 co-workers and I began getting vegi juices from a local juice bar for breakfast and lunch. I really liked the effect it was having on my general well being, so I pulled a tired old Krups juicer out of my closet and began making juices at home. Meanwhile, I saw 2 documentaries that changed my life, “Forks Over Knives” and “Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead.” This led me to do more personal research concerning the value of a vegetable based diet, with an emphasis on juicing.

The most frustrating part of using the Krups was the amount of preparation and clean-up required. Then, one night, I saw the Nutribullet infomercial. I usually don’t watch infomercials, but this one came along at just the right time in my life. I did some research online to see what people thought of the product, so I bought one.

It works exactly as promised, and it’s now part of my daily routine. I grow kale and parsley in my back yard, and I buy lot’s of organic veggies, such as spinach and swiss chard. I now make at least 2 juices per day.

Yesterday, I got the results from my first checkup since I began juicing and made the switch to being a vegetarian. My LDL is down by 50%, and my other levels have improved by about 30 points each. I’ve also lost nearly 40 lbs.

During this period, I wasn’t taking any medications. The only supplement I took was Red Rice Yeast, sporadically.

I’m 51 years old and I’m proud to say that the NutriBullet has been an excellent addition to my new, healthy lifestyle.
