We can’t thank you enough for your patience as we work to improve our customer service.
Due to the overwhelming response to NutriBullet, we quickly outgrew our old Customer Service Center and had to relocate. Thankfully, we have just moved into our new larger facility, which will allow us to double our capacity of Customer Service agents. We are working hard on recruiting and training new Customer Service agents to assist you!
Now that we’re in the new space, we are diligently working on expanding our phone capacity, which will drastically cut down on busy signals.
We appreciate your patience while we are going through these changes and look forward to being able to better serve you as we complete these changes in the coming weeks.
