Mango Pineapple Blast


Summer is officially over! The kids are back in school, vacation’s over, and life is slowly returning to normal. Nevertheless, the light and fresh spirit of summer does not have to end. Tell me, what screams “summer” more than a nice, refreshing NutriBlast made with tropical fruits on a hot day?

I came across the idea for this Blast when my family was headed to the beach. I wanted a drink that I could sit back, read a book and enjoy the sun with – something tropical. Mango was perfect and using it in a NutriBlast creates the perfect, sunny concoction!

Besides being delectable tropical treats, mangos have their fair share of health benefits, too. Just one cup of mango provides 3 grams of fiber, which helps foster healthy digestion, along with a beneficial dose of vitamin A, C and folic acid. They also contain enzymes for breaking down proteins, improving digestion.


Mango Pineapple Blast


  • 1 mango peeled, cut and seeded, or 1 cup frozen
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup pineapple, fresh or frozen
  • handful of baby kale
  • ¼ cup of raw almonds
  • unsweetened vanilla almond milk to MAX line
  • 3 ice cubes

Add all ingredients to the large NutriBullet cup, extract until smooth and enjoy the beach!

This Blast is a tasty treat that the entire family will enjoy! To turn this into the perfect beach drink, add a little rum and a drink umbrella. It’s simple, healthy, and will help preserve the relaxing feeling summer that we all crave. As usual, feel free to take creative liberties.
