RAW'kin Snack of the Week

For our raw foodies out there, we introduce our RAW’kin Snack of the Week, a small helping of something we’re sure will not only rock your taste buds, but is 100% raw and entirely good for you. This week we kick off with a yummy, classic hummus recipe from Choosing Raw.

Use as a dip, spread, or atop cucumber slices to make adorable cucumber boats, this hummus is raw, vegan, gluten and soy free.

You will need:

  • 2 cups of zucchini
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tsp. of cumin
  • 2 tbsp. of lemon juice
  • 1 cup hulled sesame seeds

Place all ingredients in your NutriBullet tall cup and extract. Keep blending until you reach your desired consistency. Adjust seasonings to your liking, and enjoy.
